David Gaughen is an Atlanta commercial general contractor with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Born and raised in Atlanta, David's career began through hands-on exposure to construction during high school summers and family involvement in the industry.
He brings the professionalism of legacy construction firms with the responsiveness and accountability of an owner-led business. David oversees all aspects of RTL Construction Group, including business development, pre-construction, and day-to-day project execution.
David founded RTL to give property managers, landlords, and commercial real estate professionals a more direct, transparent construction experience built on trust and quality execution.
David lives in Kennesaw, Georgia with his wife Lauren and their two sons.
